When you complete our assessment enquiry form, we may collect:

- for dogs, breed and size; and
- the information you provide about your animal and the reason for your enquiry.
Please do not include unnecessary personal or sensitive information about yourself or another person in the details box.
Our website host and security services may also process limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, date and time of access, and security logs. This information is used to operate and protect the website.
How the enquiry form works
The enquiry form does not create or retain a form-submission record in the WordPress website database. When you submit the form, the information is validated and passed to our email system for delivery to Stretch & Stride. A copy of the information you submitted is also emailed to the address you provided.
The website uses HTTPS to encrypt information while it is sent from your browser to the website. Email is then delivered using the security controls provided by our website host and email providers, including encryption in transit where supported. Email is not guaranteed to be end-to-end encrypted, so please do not submit payment card details, passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal information through the form.
Although the website does not retain a form-submission record, copies of your enquiry will be stored in our email account and may be processed temporarily by our website hosting and email delivery providers.
How we use your information
We use your information to:

We only permit service providers to use personal information as needed to provide their services and subject to their own data-protection responsibilities.

If your enquiry does not lead to treatment or another service, we normally retain the related email correspondence for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless there is a legitimate or legal reason to keep it longer.
If you become a client, relevant information may be transferred into our client or treatment records and kept for the period required for clinical, insurance, tax, legal or professional purposes. Those records are not stored by this website enquiry form.
We delete or securely dispose of personal information when it is no longer required.
Cookies
The website and its security services may use cookies or similar technologies that are strictly necessary for the website, administration area and spam protection to function. We do not use information submitted through the enquiry form for advertising.
